A More Efficient Survey Administration Process

VA delivered a cloud-based, completely automated solution that easily facilitates the online survey process, eliminating the manual efforts of the HERI administrative staff. The system provides the ability to fully register, administer, and manage the survey process, including the ability to send automated emails, paper survey ordering, and an advanced data collection process with extensive question/answer types. Robust and secure storage and advanced reporting capabilities were paramount in the usability of the software.
